Mega EverDrive X7

This is an amazing piece of kit, I have tried loads of games and so far everything has worked. I owned a Everdrive MD before this and wasn't sure if it was worth upgrading to this, but believe me it was. There's nothing wrong with the Everdrive MD but this is better in every way, faster load times, snap shot saves just like emulators have, but you get to play the games how they should be on the original hardware. I cannot recommend Krikzz cartridges enough, I now own Mega Everdrive, SD2SNES and Everdrive 64 v2.5 and they all work great. If you are considering buying any of these don't hesitate you won't be disappointed ! Retrotowers service is Great, buy one now and buy it from Retrotowers.

Impressive and amazing is how I will describe the everdrive, 32x games work great ( please note you must own a 32x to play them, megadrive games work great ,master system works great, mega CD BIOS load and I can use it to save mega CD games,the system just works, service from retro towers was outstanding think it took 2 days so really can't recommend it enough. Buy it you won't be disappointed

it just works!copy some files over..and thats it. Start playing your old favs on real hardware ! totally more fun than emulation ;seeing it run on hardware 20 +years later after it was released is amazing.. great quality circuit-board,builtin menus allow easy-to-get-back-to game list without getting up from chair (pad button combo) and saves state of game too.. playing 'fix it Felix jr' and starfox (yep . starfox tech demo) homebrew on the megadrive sure brought a smile to my face. . and getting it from retro towers was super quick . highly recommended! ps. one of the neat features I like is pressing start gets you back into the last game you played!

Noticed that this didn't have a review but it damn well deserves one :D amazing piece of kit for playing ROMs on the original console. I've got games lying around everywhere but who cares now as in seconds I've got the roms loaded up and playing them. Plus you get the benefit of getting rare homebrew etc games that you would never even dreamed of owning in kart format playing through your console !!! Amazing if your into retro gaming it''s a must.
