The N64 Passport Plus 3 works with NTSC, NTSC-J and PAL N64s. It can be used
as a region converter to let you play NTSC games on PAL consoles or the other
way around. It also has built in action replay cheat codes that you can enable
or disable. This can be really helpful if you just want to have fun and see
what the cheats are like, or if you are stuck on a level and you need more
health.

There are a small number of games that do not work. The games that do not work

- Bust A Move 3 DX

- Michael Owens World League Soccer 2000
- Worms Armageddon
- Cruisn Exotica
There are also a few other games that it will not allow you to convert the
region for.

Works great for me on pal n64, Got japanese F-zero x working with pal goldeneye in the back, (selected yoshis story code but turned off the sound option) Runs at 60hz in colour with no audio glitches. Decent price from a uk seller and was delivered quickly.

I purchased this because my grandfather bought me an NTSC console with a bunch of PAL games. The only one I really wanted to play was Banjo Kazooie but when I followed the instructions I got a black and white distorted game which hardly worked because it had about 1cm view distance before it all went black. So I tried it on Mission Impossible same thing. Pokemon Stadium, nothing. It might be because I am using an NTSC machine on a PAL tv? Not recommended in my opinion.
